CSI/After Sales Administrator
We currently have a vacancy within our busy Service Department in Reading for a CSI/After Sales Administrator. Strong and confident selling skills are essential for this role.
Duties to include:
To handle all incoming Service telephone calls
Contact current and lapsed customers via promotional marketing and telephone.
Book customers in for Service & MOT etc
To maximise profit opportunities by up selling with attractive commission structure
Meeting Company CSI Standards
Maintain customer and vehicle database
Liaise with Parts Department for the ordering and supply of parts
Candidates must be customer focused, well presented & have excellent computer skills and telephone manner. Be able to work quickly under pressure and to set timescales with a high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail. Good time management, self motivation and the ability to prioritize work loads. Knowledge of the Motor Industry & Kerridge would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. This is a full time position to cover the office working 8am - 6pm to cover required office hours Monday to Friday and 0830 -1pm every other Saturday. The salary is £16,000 + commission.
